DISCLAIMER• Clients are required to read the terms of service before commissioning me. By agreeing to my ToS, you agree to all the following.• If you are unwilling to agree to the ToS or find an issue with it, you will be unable to commission me.• I do not allow or consent to commercial usage of my art at this time unless previously discussed.• I do not allow or consent to NFT usage of my art.• I do not allow or consent to my art to be used in AI databases.• There may be differences between the final product and samples provided. (I will often change the lineart and shading styles I use per illustration due to what just feels right or any specific or custom requests.)

USER AGREEMENT• By placing an order you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all information within the ToS.• All image and art credits will go to me (when posted in forum settings, ie profile pictures/banners/etc).• 100% of commission price is required after the sketch stage is approved, and before work is started.• If I receive any inappropriate, rude, non-constructive or inflammatory comments, I reserve the right to discontinue work, with or without a refund.• I only accept $USD at this time, and you are responsible for any potential conversion rates.• Violators of the ToS will be added to my blacklist until further notice, with no notice or refund.ㅤ

GENERAL DIGITAL ART• I will draw the following topics: Human, humanoid, furries, NSFW, OCs, fanart, minor gore. If something that you're interested in is not listed, please feel free to reach out and ask.• You may not upload or display my art as your own.• You may upload my art to external sites so long as it is visibly credited or linked back to me.• You reserve the right to print or create physical copies of the commissioned art so long as it is strictly for personal usage and not for sales.• You may freely use my art for personal usage, including but not limited to: avatars, icons, wallpapers, keychains, etc.• You may not use my art for redistribution or paid projects (such as t-shirts, mugs, prints) unless discussed and agreed to prior.• You are not authorized to change, modify or edit my work without any prior discussion.• You are not authorized to trace my art in any way, whether to create a base or any other kind of reference.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND EDITING• Any inquiries on the usage of my photography should be directed toward [[email protected]] linking to any photograph you wish to use, and what you wish to use it for. Prices and usage will be discussed at this time.• I charge a flat rate of $20/hour for editing photos. If you like my work and want yours edited like mine, or simply have too large a workload and like what I can do, contact me at [email protected].

SPELL JARS AND NECKLACES• Final and delivered product may vary from product photo. If a jar size or shape is unavailable, you will be informed and options will be discussed.• Unless an item is damaged or has a fundamental flaw that renders it unusable, I do not accept refunds.• For all intents and purposes, these are for decoration and/or jewelry. The universe can only do so much, and you need to put the work in to accomplish what you’re trying to do.• You can’t purchase this to then set it in a closet and forget about it, expecting results. Cleanse it every so often, ground yourself, let it guide you to your goal and work hard.• Not for consumption. Opening and consuming contents may result in injury.

ARTIST AGREEMENT• I will draw the following topics: Human, humanoid, furries, NSFW, OCs, fanart, minor gore. If something that you're interested in is not listed, please feel free to reach out and ask.• I require a minimum price increase of 100% the original sum for all commercial use. The required percentage may increase if I see fit/depending on the project.• The following are considered commercial use: Reproduction or selling of artwork both publicly and privately, instances where you receive a profit where my artwork has been posted (i.e. Twitch, Patreon, YouTube, business cards, personal websites etc).• I require a 25% fee for any ongoing commercial sales involving my work (i.e. T-shirts, plushes, merch, etc).• I reserve the right to post your finished or commissioned artwork in my gallery or portfolio at any time.• I reserve the right to refund the full amount paid if an issue may arise.• I reserve the right to decline a commission or client for any reason, without explanation.• Breach of contract or ToS disallows any refund opportunities and may result in legal action.ㅤ

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS AND REVISIONS• Once the product is approved, done and delivered, I do not offer refunds. We’ve all fallen on hard times, and I do not see a regretful purchase as a valid refund request.• Clients are allowed 3 changes or modifications to the digital product as it is being produced. If more than 3 changes are requested, a required $5 fee will be added per change request thereafter.• If I choose to cancel a project, 100% of the payment will be refunded if no breach of ToS has occurred.• If any ToS agreements are broken, I reserve the right to discontinue work without refunding.• It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the work is as they would like. If I am not provided with ample references, resources or feedback, it is not my duty to adjust once the product is completed.• If details are left out or an order is delivered incomplete despite ample references and resources being offered, I will adjust with absolutely no fees involved.• If no feedback has been provided after WIPs or final delivery, no changes will be made thereafter without a fee involved.
